Features:
It is a two-component room temperature curing coating that integrates water resistance, oil resistance and electrostatic conductivity. The coating has low curing temperature, strong adhesion, excellent water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and oil resistance, and good electrostatic conductive properties. There is no leakage of static conductive additives after long-term use, the coating performance is stable, and there is no de-blistering and other phenomena. No pollution to oil products.
It can be used on the inner walls of finished oil storage tanks (especially aviation kerosene) in refineries and oil product stations, and can also be used on crude oil, sewage and other media.
The coating is divided into primer and curing agent. The primer is divided into component B and the curing agent is B component.
Construction instructions:
Surface treatment: The conductive anti-corrosion coating requires surface sandblasting, and the rust removal level should reach the level specified by B/3. Treated surfaces should be primed within hours.
. Construction environment During construction, it is strictly forbidden to mix water, sand, cotton yarn and other foreign matter into the coating. If it encounters windy sand, rain, snow and heavy fog, construction must be stopped to ensure the quality of the coating.
Before preparing and using the paint, the two components /B should be fully stirred evenly, and then stirred evenly before construction. When conditions permit, it is recommended to make a small sample first for proportioning testing.

The trial period of coating construction is generally no longer than four hours. After construction is completed, the spray gun, feeding pipe, paint brush, etc. should be cleaned in time with solvent to prevent residual paint from solidifying and affecting next use.
When the viscosity of the thinner paint is too high, it can be diluted with the special thinner produced by our company. The dosage should not exceed the amount of paint.

Construction protection:
Workers should wear work clothes during construction to avoid skin contact with paint. Once the skin is stained with paint, it can be washed with soapy water. In severe cases, cotton gauze dipped in alcohol or gasoline can be used to wipe the skin. Do not wash your hands with thinner.
